By accessing and using the TTB Technologies website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All product prices listed are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed in your quotation. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes and delivery charges unless specified otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. We accept Cash, Credit Card, Cheque, DD, and Online bank transfers. Full payment terms will be outlined in your purchase order.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on customization requirements, availability, and location. We deliver across India via road transport with appropriate packaging and insurance.

5. Warranty

All machines come with a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms and duration will be specified in your purchase agreement. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

TTB Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of TTB Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kamrup, Assam.
